HISTORY
Founder
Daron Technik was founded by Franz Daron in 1993.
In the early stages of the company’s development, the experience the founder had gained
whilst working for a German firm providing comprehensive heating technology solutions
proved invaluable.
The solutions adopted from abroad were successfully implemented in Poland, which ensured
a stable position in the local market from the outset.
Daron Technik was established in 1993, and its first headquarters was located in Franz Daron’s private home.

The first projects were mainly heating and plumbing installations in both multi-family and
single-family housing ( ). Franz Daron initially carried out the installations himself, but after a
short time he hired his first two fitters.
A milestone in the company’s development was the establishment of a permanent partnership with the German firm ONI Wärmetrafo – a world leader in industrial refrigeration for the plastics processing industry. This led to growth and the acquisition of
experience in industrial installations.
Initially, Daron Technik carried out construction projects in Poland, but over time expanded across Europe, with the furthest destination for a project we undertook being Kyrgyzstan.
In 2013, Franz Daron’s son, Kornel, joined the company. He initially gained experience on
construction sites, then worked as a project manager, and is currently the managing
director; together with his father, they are striving to further develop the company.
Another important milestone in the company’s development was the establishment of a
partnership with the Swiss firm Georg Fischer, a global leader in the manufacture of plastic
piping systems. Thanks to our collaboration with GF, we have successfully secured many new
clients with whom we have established long-term partnerships in the refrigeration sector.
In 2019, we successfully completed the construction of our new company headquarters, located in the Glinki district of Bydgoszcz. Our building is very well located; we have quick access to the Bydgoszcz ring road, whilst being just a 10-minute drive from the centre of Bydgoszcz, and at the same time we are close to our suppliers, which was very important to
us.
Daron Technik currently employs over 20 staff, including excellent engineers, HR and accounting staff, experienced foremen, qualified fitters and professional service technicians. The company boasts long-standing, ongoing partnerships with many Polish and international contractors.
